Contains essential data about the laboratory such as: Laboratory name, full Address, one or two phone numbers and also E-mail address and fax number.

Laboratory form - General tab

Alternate Address for local Routes can be entered only after Lab is saved.

1.Click on the Laboratory you want to edit in Laboratories form

2.On General tab click on

3.Leave the fields blank to use the Lab Address or enter address for Outgoing Shipments and/or Incoming Pickups (Depot Location)
