Usage:  

The Fulfillment Manager form displays details about the existing Fulfillment records that were added on the Customer form. Searchable fields are displayed on the form header followed by the customer information for which the fulfillment was created for. The customer's details will change when a fulfillment for a different customer is selected in the grid. Having the customer's information displayed, users may Call or Send emails to the customer directly from this page by clicking either of these  icons.

Fulfillment records can be displayed based on their status, such as Pending, Packaged ,Shipped or All. For Shipped Fulfillments there is another search criteria based on the day it was shipped. For example if you wish to see the shipped fulfillments in the last month, select the Shipped Fulfillments in the query drop down field and select the dates in the Show Fulfillments Shipped From and To accordingly. All fulfillment items that meet any criteria specified will display in the grid.
