1.Click and the New Equipment Type  form will open.                                

2.Enter the new Equipment Type name .

3.Click and the new record will be added.

1.Select the Equipment Type record you want to update by clicking on it.

2.Click  and the Modify Equipment Type form will open.                                

3.Make all necessary changes .

4.Click and the changes will be saved.

1.Select the Equipment Type you want to delete by clicking on it.

2.Click

3.Select YES when prompted for confirmation.

Note: Record will be deleted from the database, but you can add it back at any time.
