Usage:
When vacation is entered a reason is required. In this form the Out of Office Reasons are maintained.
Navigation: File > Global Settings > Global > Laboratory Lists > Out of Office Reasons
Out of Office Reasons Maintenance form
1.Click and the New Reasons form will open. 2.Enter the new Out of Office Reasons name. 3.Click and the new record will be added. |
1.Select the Out of Office Reasons record you want to update by clicking on it. 2.Click and the Modify Reasons form will open. 3.Enter the new name in the Out of Office Reasons field. 4.Click and the changes will be saved. |
1.Select the Out of Office Reasons you want to delete by clicking on it. 2.Click 3.Select YES when prompted for confirmation. Note: Record will be deleted from the database, but you can add it back at any time. |
