Navigation:       File > Global Settings > Global > DLCPM Web API

 

DLCPM Web API menu

Available options:

➢ Notify Group on New Case: - if checked, then select group to be notified when new case is entered.

➢Notify Group on New Case Image: - if checked, then select group to be notified when new case image is added.

➢Notify Group on new Case Note:  - if checked, then select group to be notified when new case notes are added.

➢Notify Group on new Registration:  - if checked, then select group to be notified when registration is entered.

          Alert Methods - select method to receive alerts. You may select all, none or any alert methods.

➢Create Case Alert

➢Create Call

➢Send ePop
