1.On Case Product form you can add Surcharge by checking the Surcharge box.        

2.Once the Surcharge is checked the Amount and Reason field will be enable.

Add Surcharge

3.Enter Amount

4.Enter Reason why will be this applied.

•Reason values are set in File > Global Settings > Global > Laboratory Lists > Surcharge Reasons
