Surcharge Reasons Maintenance

Usage:

Customers with customized invoice form would need to request modification to reflect the Surcharge. This maintenance option allows you to set the reason for a Surcharge.

 

Navigation:   File > Global Settings > Global > Laboratory Lists > Surcharge Reasons

1.Click V9 - New and the New Reasons form will open.

2.Enter the new Reasons name.

3.Click V9 - OK and the new record will be added.

1.Select the Reasons record you want to update by clicking on it.

2.Click V9 - Modify and the Modify Reasons form will open.

3.Enter the new name in the Reasons field. 

4.Click V9 - OK and the changes will be saved.

1.Select the Reasons you want to delete by clicking on it.

2.Click V9 - Delete

3.Select YES when prompted for confirmation. 

Note: Record will be deleted from the database, but you can add it back at any time.
