Any changes can be done to a Product. The only situation when changes cannot be performed is when the case is Invoiced.

1.On Cases form select the case that will have at least one product updated.

2.Click on Edit Case.

3.Edit Case form is displayed with the added products in grid.

4.Click on V11 - edit icon next to the product you want to edit.

5.Edit Case Product form displays

6.You can change the Product, Teeth, Quantity, Add Discount or Remake , add Notes, and more. for details please see the above section. these operations are described while Product is added.

7.You can now click V11 - update and the Products will be updated. You can repeat the above steps to update as many products as needed.
