Products can be removed from a case simply by selecting the product and clicking on the Delete button. The only situation when a product cannot be deleted is when the case is Invoiced.
1.On Cases form select the case that will have at least one product removed.
2.Click on Edit Case.
3. Edit Case form is displayed with the added products in grid.

4.Click on icon next to the product you want to remove.
5.Select Yes when asked for confirmation.
