Case Entry – Using streamlined processes and intuitive interfaces, entering cases into the DLCPM system has never been easier or faster. Based on any product codes and descriptions your lab chooses, employees can easily enter all pertinent case information including Product Code, Tooth Numbers, Materials, and more.

Cases
The list of cases is displayed. If you select a case then the information of the corresponding customer will be displayed in the header and all operations you make will be saved to that customer.
Once the Cases form is displayed, different information and options are available. For details of how to work with cases please read the Cases topics under the Customer menu. The only difference between this form and the one opened from the customer is that here you can see all cases regardless of the customer ID. When it is opened from the customer form, you will see only the cases that correspond to the selected customer. All other operations are exactly the same, except the navigation path.
