Usage: Audit Trail tab shows all operations made to a specific case
Navigation:
Customer > Cases OR Case Finder > Select Case > Audit Trail
Audit Trail tab
There are several types of records:
➢Revision - created when case is edited, invoiced, un-invoiced or rescheduled
➢Location - is added when a Case Location is entered. How to Set Case Location is described in different topic. This is the only record users are able to delete in the Audit Trail.
➢New Case - added when case is entered
