Usage:  

The last tab is Status and this is the final step in resolving a complaint.

 

Navigation: Customer Complaint Manager form > Open an existing complaint > Status

(Complaint Manager in the Main menu or open the Customer form first > select a customer > then navigate to Customer menu > Customer Complaints ) .

What are the options on this form:

1.Resolution - Once the complaint is solved then the Resolved checkbox should be checked. Select Yes if it was Resolved by Phone, enter a name and date in Resolved By and Resolution Date fields.

2.This Complaint is completed - If this option is checked the user name and date will be automatically fill in after you click V9 - Save.
