There may be a time that you are on the phone with the Doctor or they prefer that the Lab setup their account. If so, you would register him from the CPM Client program in a couple of seconds.
1.Open the Customer form and find the account. 2.Click on Practice Info Tab. Customer > Practice Info form 3.On this page, look for Web Access Information. 4.There are two fields in this section. Simply ask the doctor what he would like to use as Login ID and Password, enter them and click Save. You should ask for his email for future communications.
Depending on the user’s security access, you may not be able to see the password after it is changed. This is done for security reasons to prevent everyone in the Lab for being able to see the Doctor’s password. User may change the password but would not know the original one. |
