A new integration has been introduced with Zendesk that offers a chat option via the Customer Web Portal. In order to utilize this integration, you must have the Version 12 of the Customer Web Portal. Additionally, you must sign up for a Zendesk account and access the configuration located in Laboratory Settings on the Zendesk tab.
