Usage: The e-mail subject maintenance section offers the option to create a list of predefined Email Subjects that would allow each user to select common subjects when sending an E-Mail. Users may still type their own Subject line.

 

Navigation:   File > Global Settings > CRM Lists > Customers > E-mail Subject

1.Click V9 - New and the New E-mail Subject form will open.      

2.Enter the new E-mail Subject .

3.Click V9 - OK and the new record will be added.

1.Select the E-mail Subject you wish to update by clicking on it.

2.Click V9 - Modify and the Modify E-mail Subject form will open.                                

3.Enter the new E-mail Subject. 

4.Click V9 - OK and the changes will be saved.

1.Select the E-mail Subject you wish to delete by clicking on it.

2.Click V9 - Delete

3.Select YES when prompted for confirmation. 

Please Note: The record will be deleted from the database, but you may add it back at any time.
