Usage: The Countries field is used as part of each customer's address. This list is pre-populated by default but users may add, modify, and delete the entries as needed.

 

Navigation:   File > Global Settings > CRM Lists > Customers > Countries

hmtoggle_arrow1How to add a new Country:

1.Click V9 - New and the New Country form will open.                                

2.Enter the new Country Code and Country Name.

3.Click V9 - OK and the new record will be added.

1.Select the Country record you wish to update by clicking on it.

2.Click V9 - Modify and the Modify Country form will open.                                

3.Enter the new Country Code  or change the Country Name.

4.Click V9 - OK and the changes will be saved.

1.Select the Country you wish to delete by clicking on it.

2.Click V9 - Delete

3.Select YES when prompted for confirmation. 

Please Note: The record will be deleted from the database, but you may add it back at any time.
