Usage:
Track Incoming Shipment and create blank case automatically. The case may be opened later by order entry staff by scanning the barcode.

Form Description
➢Include Inactive Customers and Activate when Cases are added - check this option if you need to incluse inactive customers. Once cases are added, customers will be activated.
This form provides the ability to scan the tracking number when the shipments arrive, identify the Doctor, automatically create a case and print optional barcodes. There are several benefits to using the incoming shipments.
➢Remember the Customer for the next Case - if checked the customer info will be automatically selected for next case.
➢ Track and view the inbound shipments.
➢ The tracking numbers are recorded in the Audit Log when the new case is created.
➢ The case entry staff can simply scan the barcode and complete the case instead of entering the new case.
➢Case Info is displayed when a record is selected.
➢Case Alerts - After a customer is selected or clicked on within the grid, the section will display any pending “For Case Entry” Alerts. If there are existing alerts then a message is do4isplayed in red to make sure that the Alerts are reviewed.
