Setting up the Doctors to Access their accounts and work with the web site is very easy and almost no effort on your behalf.
Note: If you are using MTSI Hosting Services, you should have received your specific URL. Add a link on your main web site and point to the URL provide by MTSI. The URL would look something like this: https://dlcpm.net/login.aspx?Lab=3259-DD-4151-BGLX-098EB-68DE2A9
The Web Portal has built-in features to allow Doctors to register their own account, create Logon ID and Password. It also provides features like change & forgot password to make it a self service process and without any overhead for your Lab.
When Doctors log on to the Web for the first time, they will be presented with the following page and they are asked to identify themselves by providing the required information. If this is their first time, they will click on the button labeled as Register. If they have joined before but forgot their password, they may click “Forgot Password” along with their email address. If the email address provided matches the one on their account, their password will be emailed to them. They are also warned to notify the Lab if they did not request the password. |
This form is very simple and self explanatory. The required information must be typed in and verified before they gain access to the server. They will also find some help on the form to help explain the requirements. Register form Once they click the Register button, providing the information is correct, they will be logged on the system and placed on the Home Page. |
When the Web Portal is installed, it uses the default home page. You have the option of completely replacing the home page with any information you wish to display. This may include pictures, advertisements and links to other pages on your web site. The home page must conform to the specified format and size and must be maintained by your graphic designer. MTSI does not provide any web site development as part of the web service.
Note: To learn more about the home page menus and features, see the Web Portal Doctor Guide |
There may be a time that you are on the phone with the Doctor or they prefer that the Lab setup their account. If so, you would register him from the CPM Client program in a couple of seconds.
1.Open the Customer form and find the account. 2.Click on Practice Info Tab. Customer > Practice Info form 3.On this page, look for Web Access Information. 4.There are two fields in this section. Simply ask the doctor what he would like to use as Login ID and Password, enter them and click Save. You should ask for his email for future communications.
Depending on the user’s security access, you may not be able to see the password after it is changed. This is done for security reasons to prevent everyone in the Lab for being able to see the Doctor’s password. User may change the password but would not know the original one. |
