Usage:
Creating accounting collection calls helps you to setup a list of collection calls automatically. This feature utilizes the built-in queries to find the customers with past due balances. You will have the option to select which past due balance and the minimum balance to prevent calling customers with smaller balances.
Navigation: Automated Services from the Side Bar menu and then Click Collection Calls option.
Collection Calls
1.Click on the Collection Calls option in the Automated Services section from the Side Bar menu Create Collection Calls form 2.Select which Past Due Period to use a filter 3.Select the Minimum Balance 4.You may choose to Delete Previous Pending Collection Calls when processing new ones 5.Click and in a few seconds or more, depending on the number of records, the calls will be generated. Once the Calls have been generated, you may have a designated person or people to call the customers. |
