Usage: Shipped cases with tracking number can be Tracked.

 

Navigation: Customer > Cases tab > Options > Track Shipment

1. Select the case you want to track (make sure it is shipped)

2.Click on Track Shipment under Options icon.

3.Carrier page will display with info about the shipment.
