Usage:
This option allows managing the tasks that are required for products creation once the case has been save and the scheduled has generated based on the products entered on the case
Navigation: Customer > Cases tab > Options > Reschedule Case
Reschedule Case
1. Select the case you want to Reschedule 2.Click on Reschedule Case under Options icon 3.Reschedule Case form will open. 4.Select the Case Scheduling Type. 5.Enter Case Scheduling Dates. 6.Click OK when done. |
