Usage:
Cancelled status is created to represent the canceled cases.
Navigation: Customer > Cases
1.Create or open a case for edit. For more details about creating a case see How to create a case section.
Cancel Case
2.Select the Cancelled option
3.Date is populated automatically but you can change it if necessary.
4.Enter a Reason.
5.Status will change automatically to Cancelled.
6.Save the Case.
