1.Click and the New Restoration Type form will open.

2.Select Scanner.

3.Enter Restoration Type.

4.Click  and the new record will be added.

1.Select the Restoration Type record you want to update by clicking on it.

2.Click and the Modify Restoration Type form will open.

3.Make changes.

4.Click  and the changes will be saved.

1.Select the Restoration Type record you want to delete by clicking on it.

2.Click

3.Select YES when prompted for confirmation. 

Note: Record will be deleted from the database, but you can add it back at any time.
