Usage: If your lab has Sales people that are assigned to particular territories, this list is where each territory must be defined. This feature may be used in conjunction with Sales People.
Navigation: File > Global Settings > CRM Lists > Customers > Territories
Customer Territories Maintenance form
1.Click and the New Territory form will open. 2.Enter the new Territory name. 3.Check Inactive if you wish to add this territory but you do not want to use it yet. Inactive territories will be marked with 1 in the grid. 4.Click and the new record will be added. |
1.Select the Territory record you wish to update by clicking on it. 2.Click and the Modify Territory form will open. 3.Enter the new name in the Territory field. 4.Change Inactive option if necessary. 5.Click and the changes will be saved. |
1.Select the Territory you wish to delete by clicking on it. 2.Click 3.Select YES when prompted for confirmation. Please Note: The record will be deleted from the database, but you may add it back at any time. |
