Usage:
Delivery Zones can be entered to help identify different geographical zones for local deliveries and pickups. These values can be used for reporting purposes, but do not impact the system in any way.
To assign Delivery Zones to customers, navigate to Customer Settings > Lab Settings > Pickup & Shipping. On the bottom right hand corner of the Pickup & Return section, there will be a drop-down to identify that customer's delivery zone.

Navigation: File > Global Settings > CRM Lists > Customers > Delivery Zones
1.Click and the New Zone form will open. 2.Enter the new Zone name and Description. 3.Click and the new record will be added. |
1.Select the Zone record you wish to update by clicking on it. 2.Click and the Modify Zone form will open. 3.Change Zone name or Description. 4.Click and the changes will be saved. |
1.Select the Zone you wish to delete by clicking on it. 2.Click 3.Select YES when prompted for confirmation. Please Note: The record will be deleted from the database, but you may add it back at any time. |
