1.Navigate to Tools > Tool Manager    

2.Select the Tool Number      

3.Click on > Invoice for Date Range, or right click on the Tool Number record and select Print Invoice for Date Range, or simply click CTRL+T

4.Enter Dates in From and To fields

5.Click

6.Invoice(s) gets printed.

The following information will display on the Invoice:

Invoice for Tool Loan

1.Invoice Number

2.Lab Name and Address

3.Customer ID

4.Billing Address

5.Shipping Address

6.RX Number, Shade, Invoice Date,  Due Date and Patient Name

7.Product Info such as Qty, Name, Description, Unit Price and Charge

8.Invoice Subtotal

9.Taxes

10.Balance Due (Invoice Total + Taxes)

11.Invoice Notes if there were any.
