Usage:

As part of the major Campaign Manager enhancements, users can now connect their Constant Contact account in order to transfer contacts from DLCPM customer base into Constant Contact. In order to begin using the integration with Constant Contact, you must first establish an account with Constant Contact. If you already have an account there are a few steps that must be taken in order to establish an Access Token for your account. When you are ready to set up the integration, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance in requesting an Access Token for your account.

 

Navigation:           File > Global Settings > CRM Lists > Constant Contact  

 

 

Enable Constant Contact:

Get Access Token - Please note that [Get Access Token] will direct you to Constant Contact Portal. Once prompted, login to receive the Token. The Token then needs to be copied and pasted in the field below:

oAccess Token

Enter Sync Interval - The system standard sync interval minimum is 4 hours.

Please Note: Customers with no or invalid email address will be ignored
