Usage: Campaign Types can be added as well as maintained on this form and are used to define the campaign type.

 

Navigation:   File > Global Settings > CRM Lists > Campaigns > Types

1.Click V9 - New and the New Type form will open.

2.Enter the Campaign Type name. 

3.Click V9 - OK and the new record will be added.

1.Select the Campaign Type you wish to update by clicking on it.

2.Click V9 - Modify and the Modify Type form will open.

3.Enter the new name in the Campaign Type field. 

4.Click V9 - OK and the changes will be saved.

1.Select the Campaign type you wish to delete by clicking on it.

2.Click V9 - Delete

3.Select YES when prompted for confirmation. 

Please Note: The record will be deleted from the database, but you may add it back at any time.
