Customers

The following columns have been added to the Select Customer ID form when adding a New Case:

Global Settings

In the Department maintenance, a new column for 'Display on Web' has been added within the grid as well as a check box option on the New/Edit form. This option allows those who have subscribed to the Customer Web Portal to display the department through the portal for customers.

 

Corrections:

Users were unable to check or uncheck 'Start Next Date' on Edit Product Task.

The 'Sent Test' button in Failed Emails was corrected to display 'Resend'.

Various spelling and display issues have been corrected throughout the application.

Cases

Removed the Case Products Unit of Measure field in Add New/Edit Case.

 

Global Settings

The GL Account drop down selection found under Products maintenance in Laboratory Settings now displays the GL Account and the Description.

 

Corrections:

When shared with Enterprise, selecting to open the Global Settings would generate an invalid error.

The GL Account assignment from the Products maintenance in Global Settings was not saving properly.

The top menu links for About > Contact has been corrected.

Various spelling and display issues have been corrected throughout the application.

Corrections:

Within the Labs section of the Global Settings, Shipping Carriers settings - Alternate Address configuration:

The address was not saved if the lab/carrier combination was not found.

The selection under the Purolator alternate address did not open a window.

Customer Form

When setting the Carrier shipping info setting on a customer, the service type will automatically default to the service type that is in the customer's Invoicing lab settings.

Upon making any changes to a customer's shipping address, users are now prompted to update all open cases with the shipping address changes. Please note: Once the user approves this update for all open cases, there is no way to revert the shipping addresses.

 

Case Entry/Edit

Users are now able to set a specific Shipping lab on cases to support for a multi-lab environment. The shipping lab will default to the customer's set invoicing lab but can be changed on a per case basis. The selected shipping lab on cases will use that lab's specific shipping carrier settings.

 

Shipping Carrier Settings

The shipping carrier settings have been moved into the Laboratory settings in the Application Settings. This supports for different labs to have separate shipping carrier accounts and settings specific to each lab.

 

Laboratory Settings

Under the Shipping Carriers tab of the laboratory settings, there is an option for 'Alternate Shipping & Pickup Address' which allows for users to set an alternate shipping address that should be used for shipping on cases. This option can be used in the event the laboratory's shipping & pickup address for local and carrier cases is different than the address set on the General tab.

Laboratory Settings

The credit card processor selection for Marathon has been removed from the Merchant Accounts tab. Marathon has been merged with Card Connect for credit card processing.
