Customer Settings - DLCPM Remote Access

All Customer Settings, except the 'Preference' settings are disabled from access. Any settings not available in remote access are only accessible in DLCPM Enterprise.

 

Corrections -DLCPM Remote Access

When a customer was configured with a Default Discount to apply on every case entered, DLCPM Remote was not applying this Discount on Case Entry or Case Edit. This has been corrected to respect any configuration of the default discount set in DLCPM Enterprise on a customer account.

The available selections within the 'Status' column dropdown found in Case Finder and in the Case tab of the Customer form, were previously hard coded. This has been enhanced so that now the dropdown selection will list all Case Statuses from the 'Case Status' Maintenance within Global Settings.

Report Parameters Enhancement

Certain report parameters now support multi-selection, and there is now a checkbox next to each item in the drop down list.

 

Corrections

There were some reports that were not generating when the user selected a certain value for one of the report's parameter. These reports now run successfully with any proper value is selected for those parameters.

Reports

A new report for Pickup & Delivery Route List has been added to the Reports menu accessed from the home page.  

By default, Route and Lab parameters are set to 'All'.

Users may check the option to include Pickups, Deliveries, or both in the Report.

An option to change the Pickup's Status to 'Dispatched'.

An option to change the Delivery's Status to 'enRoute'.

 

Payments

The failed payment message has been enhanced for clarity when an error message occurs while attempting to process a credit card payment.  

 

Corrections

There were merge fields used within the Monthly Statement Email Template that would function only when emailing each customer their own statement manually and not when processing statements. This has been corrected.

Digital Case Import

A feature where DLCPM Remote allows users to upload ZIP files from Digital Scanners and imports them into the system, creating cases for them.

Two new modules have been added in the Tools menu:

Digital Case Import requires a subscription to MTS Digital Gateway.

Cases

In Global Settings, a new section has been added for Case View. This tab contains a new preference for 'Display Task Progress in Case List' and when enabled will display of the Task Progress column in the case finder as well as the customer form cases area.

 

Corrections

When sending an SMS alert to a driver, the message was not composing the correct 'To' field. Corrected.

 

 

Version 12.210621 Release Notes - June 21, 2021

Cases

In Case Finder as well as the cases area of the customer form, the tasks tab now displays the percentage of the completed tasks.  This is visible only for DLCPM Online standalone environments, not when shared with Enterprise.

 

Corrections

Users were unable to text drivers Pickup notifications. The text message alert format has been updated.

Case Finder

In the Tasks sub tab of the Case finder and cases tab of the customer form, a new window will display for the Task Completed Percentage. This is visible only for DLCPM Online standalone environments, not when shared with Enterprise.

Previously, there were display issues in the multiple enclosures window as well as when adding a new activity in the Time Clock module.

Customer

On the practice info tab of the customer form, a new button option has been added for 'Login to Portal as Customer' which allows the lab to login to view the portal as the customer does.

 

Corrections

The duration column on the cases Tasks tab was not rounded when the seconds were past 30. This caused a discrepancy between DLCPM Enterprise and DLCPM Remote.

From the Pickups manager, the print menu was not properly updating based on the Pickup/Route select from 'Print Label' to 'Print Slip'.

Two new credit card processors for Basys and BasysIQ have been added.

 

Corrections

When attaching more than five customer attachments, the save button was not visible. The style of the window has been enhanced so that users may upload multiple files without having to select save outside the visible UI.

When selecting to sync/transfer to QuickBooks Online with the QuickBooks Online Integration, a window prompted the user to login to their QuickBooks account. After attempting to login, an invalid error populated.

When more than one tax code contained the same tax rate, selecting a tax code would default to the first tax code that had that same tax rate. Corrected.

When adding new calls, a new option for 'Share with Customer' is available under the DLCPM section.

A new module for 'Add Multiple Enclosures' has been added to case entry/edit.

A tab for 'Linked Cases' has been added to the Customer Cases tab as well as the Case Finder

The Case Tasks History tab from the cases tab of the customer form as well as the Case Finder now displays the task Reject Reason.

 

Global Settings

Laboratory Lists:

The Forms tab of the edit lab form has been enhanced with drop down selection for form types. Users can select from the drop down menus or enter a customer value for cutom forms.

Corrections

In certain environments, users were unable to invoice a case from the Invoice & Totals tab using the Invoice Case option due to the default invoice date being in a previous statement period. This has been corrected so that the default invoice date is set to the first day available based on the last statement.

During case entry, the option for Check all Open Cases for duplicates on New Case (Cancelled, On Hold, Sent for TryIn) was not populating for a customer that has a case that was on hold.

There were certain display issues with the home page icons when zooming in and out.

 

Version 12.200325 Release Notes - March 25, 2020

Global Settings

A new option has been added to the properties available on case statuses, 'For Task Scan'. This property allows for certain cases with that status marked to scan in the Technician Manager & Technician Bench web applications.

 

Corrections

The Currency set on the customer when creating a new account will now default to the currency set in global settings as the lab currency.

Any call types that are set to inactive will no longer display. This correction is only for environments shared with Enterprise.

Pickups

The Home Page has a new 'Pickups' option. The Pickups Manager module includes options to Add New, Edit, Complete, Dispatch, Inform Driver, etc for customer pickups.

Users also have the ability to add New Pickups from the Customer Pickups tab.

 

Customer

When selecting to send emails to customers, the toolbox order has been enhanced and also improvements have been made to the attachments button to display the number of attached files in clear text.

 

Version 12.200131 Release Notes - January 31, 2020

Calls

On call create and edit, a new checkbox option is available for 'Share with Customer' under the DLCPM section. When checked, this option will share the call note with the customer through the Customer Web Portal.

 

Cases

Selecting to credit a case now allows users to edit the credit memo invoice notes.

When accepting a web case, a selection for the Hold Status is available.

A new option has been added for 'Select Alternate Address' on the Shipping tab of case entry/edit.

A new column for QC Task has been added to the Tasks grid on the Customer Cases tab as well as the Case Finder.

When selecting to reschedule cases on case entry/edit, users may now include a 'Reschedule Reason' and 'Due Date Change Reason'.

 

Customer

A new 'Customer Since' field has been added on the customer Practice Info tab.

A new field for 'Last Portal Access' has been added to the customer Practice Info tab. This allows for users to see the last time the customer has logged into the Customer Web Portal.

The Prefix field now displays within the Practice Doctors grid on the Related Info tab of the customer form. The Prefix column has also been added to Practice Doctor Master list as well.

On the Customer Accounting Billing Info tab, the option for Update Account Number is now processed after the prompt to Save.

 

Global Settings

Within the case validation section of case options, two new options have been added to require reasons when the case Due Date is changed or when cases are rescheduled.

A new section for  'Case Statuses' management has been added where case statuses can be added and modified.

A new field for 'Deactivate On' with a selection to pick a date from the calendar view has been added when creating and modifying a new tax rate. A new column for this new field has been added to the grid as well.

The Reasons maintenance now includes an option to set reason for rescheduling and for due date change.

 

Corrections

Sent for TryIn cases were displayed incorrectly with a red case icon on the Customer Cases tab as well as the Case Finder. This has been corrected to display the pliers tool icon.

An error populated when trying to save a Fulfillment item that exceeded the 90 character limitation.

Additional Statement Comments were not printing on the statement form.

The County field was not populated on the Customer form.

Users were unable to edit the Account # on the customer Accounting- Billing Info tab when the  'Auto-Increment Account Number'  accounting option was enabled in global settings.

When shared with Enteprise, creating a new customer was not respecting the Enterprise option in Global Settings to Auto-Generate Customer ID using sequential number.

Various spelling and display issues have been corrected throughout the application.
