➢ All records when deleted are permanently removed from the database. User cannot recover deleted records.
❑ How do I add a note to an existing call that will print on the Work Order?
➢ First, navigate to the call and make sure that it is highlighted in the grid. Type the note into the Add New Note section and make sure that the checkbox option 'Print it on Work Order' is checked. Once you have finished entering the note and the checkbox option is checked, click on 'Save New Note' found under the Calls & Notes menu.
❑ How do I view calls assigned to another user?
➢ From the home page, click on My Calls. Then, on the tool bar click on the drop down menu for 'Show Calls for User' and select the user you would like to view calls for.
